The MetroEast Board of Directors meets at 5:30 pm on the third Wednesday of each month at MetroEast. Community members are welcome to give public comment at these meetings. Please call to confirm meeting dates and times.

Public Comment Procedures
- A sign-up sheet will be provided prior to any Board meeting subject to the Open Record Statute. Comment will be taken at the discretion of the President in consultation with the Board. Individuals will be allowed to make statements to the Board. Time allotted for public comment is not intended for conversation, questioning, debate or other exchanges with the Board.
- Time for comment will be limited and is at the discretion of the President, in consultation with the Board. Time not used by one person may not be ceded to another.
- Video taping of Board meetings will be permitted at the discretion of the Board. In general, video and audio taping will be permitted unless the Board determines that it would disrupt the meeting. Video taping of committee working sessions will not be permitted.
- Occasionally a board meeting needs to be rescheduled or cancelled. If you plan on attending a meeting, please call us at 503 667-8848 ext 300 to confirm that it will be taking place as planned.
