EMPLOYEE BENEFITS SUMMARY*                                                                                                                  Benefits Overview

·       New hires starting before the 15th accrue PTO benefits for that month, and new hires starting after the 15th accrue benefits starting the following month

·       Medical & Dental benefits are available to begin the 1st of the month following hire date and employees must work a minimum of 20 hours per month to qualify for these benefits

·       Complimentary Long-term Disability & Life Insurance ($100,000 limit)

·       Employer elective, matching contribution to Employee 401(k) Retirement Plan (up to 7% match)

·       Earned Paid Time Off (PTO) of 12 days annually | 8 hours earned per month during Years 1-2; vacation accrued upwards per Employee Handbook thereafter

o   Vacation accrues based on the following schedule:

*  12 days | 96 hours accrued at 8 hrs per mo.; 1 hr per 22 hrs labor (Years 1-2)

*  15 days | 120 hours accrued at 10 hrs per mo.; 1 hr per 17 hrs labor (Years 3-5)

*  18 days | 144 hours accrued at 12 hrs per mo.; 1 hr per 14 hrs labor (Years 6-8)

*  22.5 days | 180 hours accrued at 15 hrs per mo.; 1 hr per 12 hrs labor (Years 9+)

·       One (1) paid personal day (up to 8 hours)

·       15 paid days off, including nine (9) federal holidays + six (6) days additional non-earned PTO granted by MetroEast (includes the week between Christmas and New Year’s)

o   Nine (9) paid holidays, includes the following:

*  New Year’s Day | January 1st

*  Martin Luther King Day | 3rd Monday in January

*  President’s Day | 3rd Monday in February

*  Memorial Day | Last Monday in May

*  Independence Day | July 4th

*  Labor Day | First Monday in September

*  Thanksgiving Day | 4th Thursday in November

*  Day after Thanksgiving | 4th Friday in November

*  Christmas Day | December 25th

o   Six (6) days additional non-earned PTO, includes the following:

*  Week between Christmas and New Year’s, including the weekend for those who usually work Saturday & Sunday); December 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th, 31st

·       Ten (10) days or 80-hours sick leave credited upon starting date and at each annual anniversary

·       Five (5) days or 40-hours bereavement leave credited at starting date and each anniversary
