I have always loved shooting video. Unfortunately my first career picked me, I knew computers inside and out so that is what I have done for the last 25 years. I had the opportunity to go back to school to obtain and IT degree, and I decided to pursue my passion rather than just advancing my job. I am in my second year in the Integrated Media program at MHCC studying video, and I have learned a lot. I found out about MetroEast over the summer and I have loved every minute spent here. I wish I knew about it last year when I started school. My aspirations are to be a camera operator, preferably ENG or live events. But anything that puts me behind a camera is what I want to do.
When I am not behind a camera or in front of a computer, I love to spend time riding my vintage Vespa clone. I have gone on group trips to the redwoods in Northern California, Lake Quinault, Crater Lake, and The Nevada border town of McDermit. The plan for 2017 is to go to somewhere in Idaho. There is no better therapy than some time spent on my scooter.
